"PVC Repair and Reinforcement Light-Curing Sheet" <Exhibited at Highway Tech Fair>

Strong adhesion to rigid PVC. Cures quickly under ultraviolet light. Contributes to shortening processes and stabilizing quality during repairs and reinforcements.

The "PVC Repair and Reinforcement UV-Cured Sheet" strongly adheres to rigid PVC due to its FRP characteristics and is a reinforced fiber plastic sheet (developed product) that cures quickly under ultraviolet (sunlight) exposure. It can be laminated directly without a primer when reinforcing PVC pipes and similar applications. Repairs can be performed with simple procedures while minimizing variations in the finished product. 【Features】 ■ Adhesion tests have been conducted to demonstrate high strength ■ The transparent sheet allows for confirmation of the adhesive surface ■ The only pre-lamination process required is degreasing *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. ★ We will be exhibiting at the "Highway Techno Fair 2022" starting on November 24th (Thursday). For more information, please see the <Basic Information>.

"Palace Sheet" for soft ground surface treatment method.

It is easy to improve the bearing capacity of weak ground.

The palace sheet consists of a jacket, filler material, and civil engineering sheet. After laying the civil engineering sheet, a special mortar is filled into the jacket, which is assembled in a grid pattern, easily forming a rigid grid reinforcement frame. This grid reinforcement frame can distribute the loads applied to it, preventing ground subsidence (uneven settlement) and local deviations in cover pressure when heavy machinery is in operation. Since ground improvement such as cement solidification is not required, the method is suitable for constructing temporary roads on leased land, as it allows for restoration simply by removing the palace sheet after the work is completed.
